Delivery & Collection
How sourcing, arrival in the Netherlands, collection and shipping work for wholesale orders at Shiny Trading Company.
Where the goods come from
All product is sourced from our established contacts in China and consists of original, factory-sealed Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG product. We do not hold it in stock as standard: we buy in against your accepted quote.
Everything routes through the Netherlands
We never ship from China straight to the customer. Every order first arrives at Shiny Trading Company in the Netherlands, where we receive and check the goods before they are handed over to you. We supply registered business customers within the European Union and the wider Europe region only, not private individuals.
Collection is the standard
As soon as your order is in and checked, we let you know in your dashboard and by email. You collect the order from us, check it there yourself and pay on collection. We agree the collection location and time with you per order.
Shipping on request
If you would rather have the order shipped, say so with your request or before you accept the quote. Freight and any additional costs are included as a separate line item in the quote, based on order volume, destination and shipping method. Where an order is shipped, the invoice is payable before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Lead time
We only place the purchase order in China after you have accepted the quote. The expected time from acceptance to arrival in the Netherlands is stated in your quote and depends on the set, the volume and current availability; you follow the status of your order in your dashboard.
Minimum order quantities
Each product listing has a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Orders are consolidated where possible to optimise purchasing and freight costs; mixed-product pallet quotes are available for larger accounts on request.
Checking and risk
At collection you can check the condition and sealing of the products before you pay. See our Returns & Warranty policy for what applies after that check, and for what happens if a shipped order is damaged in transit.
