Returns & Warranty
Clarity and care come first in our B2B sales of Pokémon TCG product. Because it is almost always sealed product that you can check yourself at collection, we apply a specific returns and warranty policy.
Checking at collection
We give business customers the opportunity to physically check the products before they are taken and paid for. During that check, the condition of the products, the packaging and the seals can be verified. Where an order is shipped at the customer's request, the customer may ask in advance for photos or for a check before dispatch.
After the check and acceptance of the products, the goods are considered accepted in the agreed condition. No objection can be raised after this check regarding visible damage or the condition of the products that could reasonably have been established during the check.
No returns or exchanges
Once taken, products are not returned or exchanged. This applies in particular to sealed Pokémon TCG products. Because payment is made on collection — that is, after the check — that check is also the moment at which the condition of the goods is established.
We therefore recommend checking carefully at collection. If anything is unclear beforehand, please contact us or add it to the notes on your request, before you accept the quote.
Damage during shipping
If an order is shipped at the customer's request and a product is demonstrably damaged during transport, we ask the customer to report this to us as soon as possible via [email protected] and to provide clear photos of the damage.
When we determine that the damage occurred during transport, we will exchange the damaged product for a new one.
Where possible, the replacement product is included with the customer's next delivery.
For this, the damaged product must be returned to us by the customer at their own expense. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send the replacement.
Exceptions
This policy applies to normal B2B orders of our Pokémon TCG products. Any deviating arrangements agreed in writing with the customer in advance may differ from this.
If in doubt about the condition of a product, we recommend raising it at collection, before the order is paid for and taken.
Liability and applicable law
Our liability with respect to delivered products is limited to cases of demonstrable transport damage as described above, and to no more than the invoice value of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Shiny Trading Company and its business customers. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation; failing that, the competent court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.
